Created on the South Side of Chicago around what used to be the Stockyards, the classic Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich is a unique variation on the French Dip. It is available in hundreds of local spots around the city and rarely found beyond its vicinity…. until now with the arrival of Maxies Grill in Royal Palm Place, right in the heart of downtown Boca Raton!

So... you're a hot dog lover? Fear not ! Maxies has special for you! A Chicago Style Hot Dog is more than just a regular Hot Dog. It’s an incrdible taste sensation with the perfect blend of toppings. It's a steamed, all beef hot dog topped with yellow mustard, delicious green relish, onions, tomato wedges, pickle spear or slice, sport peppers and a dash of celery salt served in the all-important steamed poppy seed bun. It is never boiled, but slowly simmered using steam heat. Some people love to have these dogs grilled (at Maxies they call it “char”) before they are placed in the bun.
